HALBERSTADT
Founder and Dean
Rabbi Halberstadt has a background of over 20 years of leadership roles in Jewish education and outreach, and currently serves as an 'Ask the Rabbi' Panelist at www.yeshiva.org.il and its WhatsApp groups. He authors frequent responses to inquiries on a wide variety of topics within Jewish practice and Torah philosophy.
Rabbi Halberstadt was the director & teacher of B'zavta, a weekly Torah-study program at the University of Haifa.
He was also the Founder & director of the Shuvu Beit Midrash program; an informal exciting Talmudic learning program of bringing Young Torah scholars together with high school students (4 branches).
He is the former national coordinator and staff lecturer for Shorashim, a group of eight community centers throughout Israel that offered Torah classes to Jews of all backgrounds. He has taught regular classes in a variety of topics at the Haifa, Herzlia, and Pardes Chana centers. Rabbi Halberstadt serves as an adviser and personal rabbi to families and students throughout Israel, and is the author of numerous articles and monographs on Jewish Law.

Rabbi Shmuel Chaim Domb serves as Rabbi of Cong. Chanichei Hayeshivot and is a prominent rabbinical judge in Kiryat Sefer, Modiin Illit. He is a Rabbinical judge at a Monetary and Genealogical Rabbinical court in Jerusalem. Rabbi Domb is famous for Meshech Chochmah Hashalem his great work on the biblical commentator Meshech Chochmah.
